To ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for all attendees, we ask that you agree to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Commitment Policy

By registering for this retreat, you agree that your participation is a firm commitment. Withdrawals close to the retreat date are disruptive to the group experience and retreat operations.

Manipulative tactics — including emotional pressure, guilt-tripping, or creating false narratives — to back out of your commitment will not be tolerated.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and we’ve established a fair refund policy:

• More than 45 days before the retreat start date: 100% refund, no questions asked.

• 30 to 45 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund. No exceptions.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

3. Respectful Behavior

All attendees are expected to engage respectfully with fellow participants, the host, and local communities.
This includes:

• No inappropriate verbal comments, gestures, or advances toward other attendees, staff, or locals.

• No unwanted physical contact of any kind.

• Respect for personal space, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining a professional and inclusive atmosphere.

Consent, kindness, and respect are non-negotiable.

4. Conflict Resolution

If a complaint is raised regarding an attendee’s behavior, the host will first attempt to mediate the situation with goodwill and fairness.
However, if the issue cannot be resolved, or if the behavior is significantly disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful,
the host reserves the right to remove the attendee from the retreat immediately without refund.

5. Host Authority

By participating in this retreat, you agree that the host’s decisions regarding conduct violations, mediation outcomes, and removal are final.
The host’s primary responsibility is to maintain a safe, positive, and growth-focused environment for all participants.

By attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct.
